Golden Hall up to 400 guests · Diamond Hall up to 200 guests · Flexible banquet, stage and dance-floor layouts

Cultural events shaped by different communities
Arabic-speaking communities represent many nationalities, identities and traditions. Events should not be presented as following one standard format.
Some organisers plan a formal dinner with speeches and awards. Others focus on live singers, traditional music, Dabke, DJs, cultural performance and dancing.
Common event formats:
- •Lebanese cultural night
- •Arabic live-music dinner
- •Dabke event
- •Association gala
- •Charity dinner
- •Independence or national celebration
Live singers, musicians, drummers, DJs, performers and specialist entertainment must be organised separately and discussed with the venue before the event.
How Arabic community events may be structured
Programs vary between associations, families and community groups. The venue layout can be discussed around your planned format.
Community Banquet
Round-table banquet dining for families, associations and community groups.
Association Gala
Formal gala dinners with speeches, awards, cultural performances and community recognition.
Cultural Performance
Stage-based programs featuring music, Dabke and cultural entertainment alongside dining.
Awards and Recognition
Community awards evenings with presentations, speeches and formal dining.
Live Entertainment
Events with live singers, musicians, DJs or entertainment integrated into the program.
Dinner Dance
Social dinner events with music, dancing and entertainment throughout the evening.
Planning the venue layout
A well-planned layout can make the experience comfortable for guests, performers and organisers.
Guest Arrival
Consider guest registration, ticket checking, sponsor displays and gathering space.
Stage and Performances
Plan space for speeches, awards, musicians, dancers, cultural performances or an MC.
Banquet Seating
Arrange tables according to attendance, service format, stage sightlines and family or community requirements.
Dance Floor
Allow suitable space where Dabke, dancing or live entertainment forms part of the program.
Photography and Video
Plan positions for photographers, videographers and group photographs without blocking guest movement.
Event Schedule
Coordinate performances, speeches, dining, awards and entertainment within a practical event timeline.
The final layout depends on the selected hall, guest numbers, catering, stage, dance floor and other event requirements.
